Spicy Chick Peas
1 - 16oz. bag dried chick peas
1T roasted peanut oil
1T DITK™ Fiery Spice
1t kosher salt
1. Preheat oven to 425º.
2. Rinse chick peas and cook according to package directions.
3. Drain and toss chick peas with oil, DITK™ Fiery Spice & salt
4. Pour onto rimmed baking sheet.
5. Roast in oven until crisp and firm; 45-60 minutes. Shake pan periodically.
6. Let cool and serve.
