Asian Slaw

½ Cup lowfat mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons freshly grated ginger
¼ Cup rice vinegar
1Tablespoon sesame oil
1Tablespoon roasted peanut oil
1Tablespoon light soy sauce
1 Teashpoon dry mustard
2 Teashpoon chili powder
¼ Teashpoon freshly ground black pepper

2 Cups thinly sliced red cabbage
2 Cups thinly sliced green cabbage
2 Cups grated carrot
¾ Cup toasted slivered almonds

1. Combine first 9 ingredients together (mayo through pepper) with wire whisk. Set aside.
2. Combine cabbage & carrot in large bowl. 3.Add mayo mixture & toss well.
4. Add ½C almonds and retoss.
5. Sprinkle each serving with -1T toasted almonds before serving.
6. Enjoy!
